Two minors recruited in Candoni, Negros Occidental to work as househelpers at Iloilo City were rescued recently at the hand of their abusive employers.

Rescue group from the element of the women’s and Children Desk of the PNP, Jessica T. Pavillar, Municipal And Social Welfare and Development Officer of Candoni and staff of the Negros Nine Development Foundation, Inc. conducted the rescue mission.

The rescued two minors were temporarily sheltered at the Visayan Forum Office.
